Jio Cinema plans will be offering streaming at up to 4K resolution. While the One day and Gold plans will allow simultaneous streaming on 2 devices, the Platinum plan will allow it on 4 devices and be ad-free.
JioCinema is set for a fresh and new content overhaul which will see JioCinema upcoming charging a subscription fee for its premium content while keeping the basic content lifetime free for all to stream.
- JIO will supposedly launch the subscription plans in Day, quarterly and annual variants. The daily plan will initially be offered at Rs 2 which is at a 93% discount on its normal price of Rs 29.
- JIo Cinema Quarterly Gold plan will initially be offered at Rs 99 which is a 67% discount on its normal price of Rs 299.
- Jio Cinema’s yearly Platinum plan will initially be offered at Rs 599 which is a 50% discount on its normal price of Rs 1199.
All plans will offer Live streaming at the highest possible video quality which will go up to 4K resolution.
