Celkon has announced the launch of a new smartphone, Celkon Millennia Xplore, for Rs 6,999. The smartphone comes with a free smart cover. The dual SIM Celkon Millennia Xplore has 3G, 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, and a 5 inch IPS display with high definition resolution and five point touch input.
